This Rental Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between TowDrop Trailer Rentals ("Owner") and the individual booking the trailer ("Renter"). By completing a booking, the Renter agrees to all terms below.
1. Rental Period
- The rental period begins at the time of trailer delivery and ends when the trailer is collected by TowDrop.
- Daily rentals are for a 24-hour period. The trailer must be returned by the same time the following day.
- Weekend rentals cover Friday through Sunday.
- Weekly rentals cover 7 consecutive calendar days.
- Late returns will be charged at the applicable daily rate for each additional day or partial day.
2. Rates & Fees

- All rates are subject to change. The rate at the time of booking is the rate you pay.
- No hidden fees. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
3. Security Hold
- A 50% hold of the rental price is authorized on your credit/debit card at the time of booking.
- This is an authorization hold, not a charge — the funds are held by your bank and released after return.
- The hold will be released within 48 hours of the trailer being returned and passing inspection.
- If damage, missing equipment, or excessive cleaning is found, the hold (or a portion) may be captured as a charge:
- Damage beyond normal wear and tear
- Missing tie-downs, ramps, or included equipment
- Excessive dirt, debris, or cleaning required
- Late return fees
- If damage or fees exceed the hold amount, the Renter is responsible for the balance.
4. Trailer Condition & Inspection
- TowDrop will photograph and document the condition of the trailer before each rental.
- The Renter should inspect the trailer at delivery and report any pre-existing damage immediately.
- Upon return, TowDrop will inspect and photograph the trailer again.
- Normal wear and tear (minor scratches, tire wear, surface dirt) is expected and will not result in deposit deductions.

12. Limitation of Liability
